How to plan, schedule and do all steps that are necessary to organize an event. The system works for small events ( 25 persons) till large scales like festivals with 15.000 persons. It works for visual arts, performing, arts, music, etc.
What materials/equipment/other things participants need to bring to be able to do this workshop:
A note book, make notes, and make pictures with your smartphone of every sheet presented. And ask your questions!
Content of this workshop:
The knowledge presented is based on 50 years of experience, doing an endless number of tours, concerts (from small venues till stadiums), seminars, festivals, exhibitions, TV productions, etc. How to plan and to run the time tables of all levels of preparations. This includes volunteers helping and professionals doing their part. All should result in a full (sold out) event, blessed visitors, happy artists, and joyfull volunteers. It includes too running a feedback loop, so for the next time you will improve.
