Participants will have learned after doing this workshop:
You will learn to make a portrait photo and think about light and composition. After that you will experiment in and with this photo, using printmaking tools and techniques to enhance the deeper emotion in the portrait. 

What materials/equipment/other things participants need to bring to be able to do this workshop: 
Please bring an apron to protect your clothes for the printmaking part. You do NOT need to bring a camera. We will provide professional equipment for you to use.

Other important things a participant should know to be able to do this workshop:
Be open to experiment, to be surprised and to have lot’s of fun in the process!

Describe clearly the content of this workshop: 
We will first focus on photography and work with light and composition to make a good portrait photo. After printing the photo we will explore ways of printmaking that will allow us to visualize the deeper emotions and meaning in the person portrayed. The end result will surprise you!
