Christian Artists Seminar

July 29 - August 2, 2018

Chesron Ledes

At the age of 7 I sang in a boys’ choir in Rotterdam. When I turned 12 I came in contact with an evangelical church, here my passion for Gospel and praise music started. I joined the praise team and in no time I became a worship leader. At 16 I joined the Rotterdam Celebration Choir as tenor. It was here where I started to realise that it would be great to stand before a choir as a conductor.

I started to conduct small groups and choirs, gathering knowledge by following different workshops and classes. In 2012 I became the music director of You-Go! The Gospel Community in Koln. I worked with different groups and artist. Back in the Netherlands I did different gospel projects and worked with different choirs. In 2015 I started my own Black Gospel Choir in Rotterdam. It’s wonderful standing in front of a group of people and leading them in worship, trying to get the best possible sound out of them!
